Originally enshrined as the Soja of the thirty-three villages of Minowa Village, it is also called Harumiya, with the Akimiya located in Mikamachi on the opposite bank of the Tenryu River.
The worship hall has a single bay width and depth. The copper roof features a Karahafu gable, and there are side worship halls on both sides.
Inside the rear shelter is the main hall of the Osumi style, built in 1797 and designated as a town cultural property.
The main hall is a single bay Nagare-zukuri style, with verandas on all four sides and railings installed.
