八幡宮
Kamimaki, Ina City
Hachiman Shrine in Kamimaki, Ina City, is built on a small hill within the village.
The path starts from a torii gate among houses, leading to a second stone torii halfway up the stone steps, surrounded by cedar trees.
The shrine grounds have a plaza to the north, with a worship hall and a covering for the main hall nearby.
The main hall was constructed by Oguchi Naoshiro of the Tachikawa school, known for his carvings of human figures, which are evident in the main hall of Hachiman Shrine.
