小六柏尾社

Located on a gentle slope extending from Mt. Yatsugatake, with a view overlooking the entire Fujimi area.
In 1639, it was enshrined as the tutelary deity of the area when the fields around here were developed.
Although it is called Kashio Shrine or Kashio Shrine, the frame on the torii gate shows the characters for Kashio Shrine.

Climbing the stone steps in the shrine grounds where the sacred pillars stand, you'll find the worship hall with a gabled roof, and behind it, an enclosed structure housing the main shrine.
The master carpenter was Shiratori Yashiro.
He studied under the Fujimori family, who built the Kashio Tenjin Shrine, and the first generation of the Tatekawa school, and left many constructions in this area.
The entire shrine is adorned with intricate carvings, particularly notable are the ascending and descending dragons under the eaves, and the carvings on the fascia boards on the gable side.
