There are four shrines dedicated to Kasuga Myōjin in Achimura. One of them, Kasuga Shrine in Bitchūhara, is located within a small elevated village. Surrounded by fields, it exudes a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.
The main hall is situated within an enclosure behind the worship hall. It features an intricate carvings and a flowing style of architecture. The details are visible only through the lattice gaps and the front door of the worship hall, making it difficult to see the entire structure at once.
