The main hall, designated as a cultural property of Takayama Village, is said to be decorated with colorful paintings of Tang cats and dragons on its walls and side screens.
Though detailed observation is not possible as it is housed within the worship hall, the carvings on the frog leg and wooden nose are said to show the influence of the Momoyama period, suggesting construction in the early Edo period.
