豊高嶋神社
Misaku, Sakae Village, Shimominochi District
The shrine in Misaku, located near the Chikuma River on the border between Iiyama and Sakae, features an open space with a two-story community center and a stone torii gate. The shrine grounds are used for local activities, such as a gateball court.
The main hall, constructed in the mid-Edo period, is a two-bay nagare-zukuri style with a cypress bark roof, featuring red lacquer and elaborate decorations.
