山家神社

Located at the border between Gunma and Nagano prefectures, the Okumiya is situated on the summit of Mt. Azumaya, while the Satomiya is in Sanada, Ueda City. The Okumiya was enshrined around 717 AD, and the Satomiya was moved to Sanada by Minamoto no Yoritomo. Another theory suggests it was relocated due to storm damage during the Ten'an period. The shrine forest is a designated natural monument.

The roof ridge of the worship hall features the Sanada crest, the paulownia crest, and the Eiraku Tsuho coin crest. The main hall is a Shinmei-zukuri structure with chigi and katsuogi. The Koyasu Shrine within the precincts is a small one-room nagare-zukuri structure, originally having a simple board roof.
