Located in Mishimadaira, leading to Sugadaira from the former Sanada Town.
It stands at a high position surrounded by mountains, with the shrine grounds situated on a steep slope and the shrine buildings constructed there.
At the entrance to the shrine grounds is a stone Myojin torii gate.
Lanterns are built on both sides of the worship hall, and under the gabled roof of the worship hall, there is an impressive pine carving.
Lion and baku carvings are featured on the wooden eaves brackets, and the three-step knee brace supports the beam.

三島社

The main hall is housed within an outhouse behind the worship hall.
Built in the mid-Edo period, this one-bay nagare-zukuri style building is adorned with intricate carvings, showcasing the high craftsmanship of local carpenters during the Tenmei era.

The main hall has a frontage of 76 cm, with katsuogi and chigi placed on the ridge.
Side carvings feature chrysanthemums, pines, and peonies.
The wainscoting includes carvings of Chinese pines and long-tailed roosters among other flora and fauna.
Colorful carvings adorn the rainbow beams, hand clamps, and frog beams within the worship hall, making the entire structure vibrant.
