石舟神社

Stone Boat Shrine is located in a village along the road from Sugadaira to Ueda City. It is said to have been worshiped as the local guardian deity. The shrine grounds include playground equipment and an office, making it a popular gathering place for the community.
The main hall, built in the late Edo period, is a one-room nagare-zukuri style structure with a width of 1.33 meters, housed in an open shelter. The hall features decorative elements indicative of the late Edo period, with a construction date of 1856.
