Behind the worship hall stands the main hall, enclosed in a covering structure.
The main hall, crafted by the second-generation Tatekawa master Tatekawa Washiro Tomimasa, is known for the carvings of Tenaga Ashinaga on the side screens, and the dragons, lion-dogs, and peonies on the pillars.
In Ueda City, aside from Arakai Shrine, Tatekawa-style architecture can also be seen in the bell tower of Tosho-ji Temple, making it a known example of Tatekawa-style temple and shrine architecture in the Eastern Shinshu region.
