和田諏訪神社
989-1 Kitahara, Wada, Komoro City
Suwasha Shrine is located on the eastern side of Komoro City, near the Wada area close to Saku City.
The shrine grove, surrounded by cherry blossoms and pine trees, is bright and you can hear the sound of cars from the nearby National Route 141.
At the entrance stands an iron gate with a roof and a wooden Ryobu torii gate, leading to a straight path to the shrine building.
The worship hall has a gable roof with gable entry.
The eaves also have a roof, and the main hall is stored in an enclosure.
Through the wire mesh and glass, you can vaguely see the main hall from the outside.
The main hall is a small one-bay nagare-zukuri structure.
It features carvings on the side panels, under the front portico, and on both sides of the doors.
It is a late Edo period construction, small in scale but with a charming appearance.
