岡宮神社
Asahi 1-4-16, Matsumoto City
The deity was invited from Suwa as the guardian of this area.
It is said that Okamiya Shrine, viewed from nearby Matsumoto Castle, was revered as a guardian of the demon's gate because it is located in the northeastern direction.
The shrine grounds are spacious, with a large reinforced concrete office.
At the entrance, there is a stone Myojin Torii gate, and passing through the gate along a stone-paved approach, you reach the shrine building.
The main hall is a large three-bay nagare-zukuri structure.
There are no particularly prominent carvings, and two dolls are placed in front of the doors.
