Hioki Shrine is located in Hiki, North Rikusato, Ikusaka Village, across National Route 19 from the Sai River.
A wooden ryobu torii gate stands at the entrance. To the right is the ema hall, and to the left is a long building housing several smaller shrines.
The worship hall is a small gabled structure with an enclosed main hall behind it.
The Konpira Shrine is located in a long building on the west side of the shrine grounds.
The building houses several small shrines, with the Konpira Shrine located in the center behind lattice doors.
The Konpira Shrine, built in 1855, is a one-bay nagare-zukuri structure.
It was crafted by the master carpenter Toyohachi Asakawa of the Tachikawa school, and features impressive carvings under the front eaves.
The front has wooden steps, the sides have eaves and screens, but there are no carvings on the side panels.
The ends of the wooden brackets are adorned with carvings of lions and tapirs, the main columns are round, while the eaves are supported by chamfered square pillars.
