Daikibara Shrine is located in the Sakai district of Chikuhoku Village, surrounded by mountains.
The area is enclosed by 1000-meter-class mountains, including Mount Kammuri, and the shrine itself is situated amidst a community and fields, flanked by mountains on the sides and behind.
The entrance to the bright shrine grounds, where sunlight filters through the grove, features a black-painted ryobu torii.
In front stands the worship hall with an irimoya roof.

The worship hall, retaining its architectural style from 1854, is attributed to Tatekawa Ryu Tomimasa.
The front measures 3 ken and the sides 2 ken, with a copper-roofed forward-facing extension and a kirime-en in the front.
Mainly constructed from zelkova wood, it features carvings of Chinese lions and elephants on the forward-facing beam, and a dragon in the middle section, giving it a simple design.
The main hall is housed behind this worship hall within an enclosure.
