4102 Misato Akari, Azumino City
Located in a village surrounded by rice fields in Azumino City, Gosha Shrine is encircled by a grove of large cedar trees.
The stone torii gate prominently displays the shrine's name on a plaque.
The spacious shrine grounds feature a rare stone monument embedded in front of the flat-roofed worship hall.
The main hall was originally built in 1769 as the main hall of Hotaka Shrine.
In 1829, it was transferred to Gosha Shrine.
The style features side screens placed on the front pillars, with railings installed only in the middle and on both sides of the portico.
The central part of the headboard is adorned with metal fittings featuring the pattern of oak leaves, commonly seen in Suwa-related shrines.
The transom panels on both sides of the bracket complex are designed with floral patterns, a feature similar to the main hall of Hotaka Shrine.
